Our client, a global trading firm, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in IT and cloud services across Southeast Asia.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting commercial strategies—particularly for Grow-related initiatives. You will play a key role in connecting internal teams and external partners to bring opportunities from concept to execution.
[Job Role]
1. Drive Growth for Grow Initiatives
- Identify new clients, partners, and collaboration opportunities (especially in Singapore and Malaysia)
- Understand Grow’s services, target markets, and positioning
- Turn market insights into actionable business opportunities
2. Support Regional IT & Cloud Business Development
- Contribute to IT and cloud business development activities across Southeast Asia, Australia, and India
- Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities
- Support client engagement, partner sourcing, and proposal development
- Assist in evaluating and progressing new business ideas
3. Manage Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key link between internal teams, group companies, and external partners
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and follow-through across stakeholders
- Help structure and advance business opportunities efficiently
4. Support Strategy & Planning
- Assist with market analysis, competitor research, and business planning
- Identify growth areas and potential partnerships
- Prepare presentations and insights for management decision-making
[Requirements]
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, strategy, or similar roles
- Background in IT, cloud services, or related B2B technology sectors (e.g., system integration, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data/AI)
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure, GCP, or hybrid cloud is a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus (not mandatory)
