Our client is a well-established company with a growing presence across Asia.

We are looking for a finance professional in Kuala Lumpur with solid full-set accounting experience and practical knowledge of FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.

(Mainly for accounting + those who have bit of experience of FP&A or knowledge would be good fit.)

[Key Responsibilities]

Accounting and Financial Control

• Take ownership of the complete accounting cycle, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate monthly and annual closing processes and ensure all financial information is complete, accurate and submitted on schedule.
• Review payment and collection activities and follow up on outstanding items when necessary.
• Record accruals, journal entries and adjustments, including entries related to promotional spending.
• Reconcile profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow accounts within SAP each month.
• Produce supporting schedules and reports, including bank reconciliations, receivables and payables aging, and fixed asset registers.
• Handle other finance-related projects and operational matters as assigned.

Budgeting and Business Analysis

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast exercises.
• Develop financial scenarios and P&L projections for new products, commercial initiatives and proposed changes to business models.
• Compare actual results against forecasts and budgets, investigate key variances and present meaningful findings to management.
• Track business performance and provide financial insights that support commercial and operational decisions.
• Prepare monthly profitability reports by market and sales channel.
• Deliver financial information required for regional and group-level reporting.

Audit, Tax and Corporate Compliance

• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisers and government agencies to meet all statutory filing and compliance deadlines.
• Maintain proper corporate and statutory records.
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary on relevant regulatory and corporate governance matters.

[Requirement]

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field.
• ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience covering full-set accounting + budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. (FP&A)
• For internal communication, Chinese language will be required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is highly desirable
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and the confidence to work across both accounting operations and business planning.

Looking for Japanese Speaking - Business Development & Account Management to support and expand our customer base within the electronics components industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to business growth across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Conduct customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions to understand customer requirements and strengthen partnerships.
• Support sales planning, forecasting activities, and business development strategies.

Requirements
