Recruitment Information
Number of Interviews:
1 round in principle.
Interviews will be conducted by General Manager (Angel) and Director (Tanabe).
Depending on scheduling:
- The GM may conduct the first interview (preferably face-to-face, online possible depending on circumstances)
- The Director may conduct a second interview (online) if necessary.
Interview Format:
Face-to-face interview preferred. Online interviews may be arranged depending on availability.

Labor / HR Operations
- Attendance and time management
- Payroll support (liaising with outsourced payroll vendor)
- Employment condition management
- General labor administration
General Affairs & Business Support
- Procurement of office supplies
- Fixed asset and contract management
- Product procurement (including imports)
- Processing and manufacturing order arrangements
- Inventory management
- Document preparation support (liaising with outsourced accounting/finance vendor)
- General administrative and operational support
Note: Job scope may expand depending on business needs.
Preferred Start Date
From mid-March 2026
Compensation & Benefits
1. Probation Period: 3 months
2. Employment Term: Permanent position
3. Salary : Total gross monthly salary: approximately RM5,000 – RM8,000
The employment contract will be based on basic salary, and it is not a net salary guarantee contract.
4. Bonus: Approximately 1 month bonus, subject to company performance.
In the first year, the bonus will be prorated based on the number of days employed.
5. Allowances
- Statutory social insurance
- Transportation allowance (public transportation such as bus or MRT)
6. Other Allowances
- Statutory holiday work allowance will be provided in accordance with local labor laws.
- Work on regular holidays will be compensated with time-off in lieu instead of allowance.
7. Incentive: None
8. Annual Leave: Provided in accordance with local labor laws.
Language Skills
English: Business level
Chinese: Business level
(Either Chinese or English must be native-level to liaise with stakeholder.)
Japanese: JLPT N2 or N3 level, or equivalent
(Main communication will be via email. To liaise with Japan HQ)
Experience & Competencies
- At least 3 years of practical experience in one or more of the job functions listed above
- Knowledge of HR and labor administration
- Experience working in a Japanese company or experience supporting the setup of a small or start-up organization is preferred
- Experience in retail companies or hotel/service industries is welcomed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software
