Position: Corporate Planning Manager

Location: Singapore North

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Planning professional to lead long-term strategic development and drive high-impact initiatives across the Group.
This role partners closely with senior leadership and HQ, playing a critical role in shaping business direction and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of the Group’s long-term organizational strategy

  • Lead and coordinate corporate strategic discussions on key initiatives and transformation topics

  • Prepare monthly, periodic and ad-hoc reports, business plans and budgets for HQ reporting

  • Monitor, review and evaluate departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, action plans and capability gap assessments

  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional strategic projects across the Group

  • Develop Board-level materials and enhance reporting processes to improve management decision-making

  • Analyze performance against targets, identify root causes, and drive corrective action plans

  • Coordinate timelines and reporting deliverables for Board and management meetings

  • Undertake additional strategic initiatives as assigned by senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 6~8 years of corporate planning / strategic planning experience

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Proven experience in project planning, execution and review

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels

  • Strong analytical capability and confident decision-making ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel

  • Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized

  • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities

  • Willingness to travel regionally
