Our Client:
We are partnering with a MNC that specializes in manufacturing, designing and supplying of heat transfer and cooling solution equipments. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Work with Solution Support and Marketing teams to create a branding strategy that positions the Company as a top provider of cooling solutions
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and develop appropriate response strategies
- Provide insights on market pricing trends
- Manage the sales budget for the O&G, Chemical and Power sectors, focusing on order intake and developing effective strategic plans
- Implement standardized marketing and sales processes and tools, such as CRM systems and account plans
- Understand key business drives for customers and assess their impact and opportunities for the Company
Requirements:
- Connections with either O&G, Chemical or Power industry Sales
- Capable of functioning effectively within a matrix organization
- Team-oriented, skilled at recognizing areas for improvement while also offering solutions
- Possesses a pioneering mindset and contributes to the development of the sales organization
- Experienced in the heat exchanger industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
