Our Client:
We are partnering with a MNC that specializes in manufacturing, designing and supplying of heat transfer and cooling solution equipments. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Director as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive order intake and achieve profitability goals
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends and develop appropriate response strategies
- Drive the adoption of standardized sales and marketing processes, including CRM systems and account planning
- Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor production performance.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Provide input on market price developments and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience within similar industry (Heat Exchangers - Data Centers) and a proven track record achieving sales targets for the team
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales team, develop talent, and foster a positive work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies and overcome challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and partners
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in salesforce automation and CRM tools
- Experience in heat exchanger industry will be an added advantage
