Responsibilities

  • Plant HR Operations:

    • Manage HR operations including payroll, HRIS, personnel file management, work pass administration, and compensation and benefits.
    • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
    • Lead performance management cycles, ensuring timely reviews and goal-setting.
    • Enhance employee engagement through communication initiatives.
    • Coordinate HR audits, including ISO and RBA compliance.
    • Support manpower budgeting processes.
  • Recruitment Activities:

    • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes and support hiring for management positions.
  • Hostel Management:

    • Manage hostel accommodations, work pass applications, and employee housing.
  • Compliance with Labor Law:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to manufacturing.
  • Talent Management, Learning & Development:

    • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to implement learning and development programs.
    • Identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
    • Support career development and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Group HR Initiatives:

    • Participate in Group HR projects, sharing best practices and resources.
    • Align OBU HR functions with company-wide HR policies and initiatives.
    • Assist in implementing group-wide HR programs and ensure compliance with HR standards.

 

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree; PMP Certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and management.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and fairness in HR activities.
