Responsibilities:

Set supply chain strategy for Asia-Pacific.
Build a resilient supplier network across Southeast Asia.
Proactively manage supply chain risks (geopolitical, trade, capacity).
Source and onboard key manufacturing and material suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
Ensure supplier compliance with quality, ethical, and certification standards.
Oversee supplier quality and lead continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all international trade and product regulations.
Optimize inventory, demand planning, and delivery reliability.
Manage logistics to improve cost, lead time, and service.
Track performance KPIs across the supply chain.
Collaborate with Engineering (DFM), Finance (costs), and IT (systems).
Build and mentor a high-performing regional supply chain team.

Requirements:

Min. Degree in Supply Chain Management.
Min. 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management in fast-growing manufacturing, fit-out, commercial interiors or construction industries.
Must be willing to travel.
Experienced in leading ERP / SCM implementations or system upgrades.
Exposure to sustainability, ESG, or responsible sourcing frameworks.

About the Role
