Responsibilities:
- Set supply chain strategy for Asia-Pacific.
- Build a resilient supplier network across Southeast Asia.
- Proactively manage supply chain risks (geopolitical, trade, capacity).
- Source and onboard key manufacturing and material suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality, ethical, and certification standards.
- Oversee supplier quality and lead continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade and product regulations.
- Optimize inventory, demand planning, and delivery reliability.
- Manage logistics to improve cost, lead time, and service.
- Track performance KPIs across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with Engineering (DFM), Finance (costs), and IT (systems).
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional supply chain team.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Min. 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management in fast-growing manufacturing, fit-out, commercial interiors or construction industries.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Experienced in leading ERP / SCM implementations or system upgrades.
- Exposure to sustainability, ESG, or responsible sourcing frameworks.
