World well-known F&B Chain is seeking "Head of Europe Expansion".

Starts from UK, will expand to other Europe area.

 

Seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our European expansion.

This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and adapting our brand for local market success.

It is a hands-on role requiring both strategic leadership and operational execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize European markets for entry, considering competitive landscape, consumer behavior and regulatory environment.

• Lead the opening and operations of direct-owned stores within Europe.

• Build strategic partnerships (e.g., franchise partners, distributors, JV alliances) to accelerate market penetration.

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies aligned with overall group objectives.

• Oversee negotiations for contracts, franchise agreements, and business development deals.

• Adapt and position the brand to fit European market dynamics while maintaining global brand consistency.

• Build, lead, and manage local entrepreneurial teams or partners to ensure successful operations.

• Collaborate closely with global and regional leadership to align strategies, resources, and long-term performance goals.

 

Requirement

• Proven track record in market entry and business expansion for international F&B brands in Europe.

• Experience in direct store operations and/or market entry strongly preferred.

• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in business development, partnerships, and deal-making.

• Strong network and familiarity with European regulatory and business environments.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build new markets from scratch.

 

Others

• Salary: GBP 5,500 – 11,000 per month (negotiable)
