Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & HR Projects)

 

-Location: CBD

-Salary + AWS + VB

-Hybrid (after the probation)

 

[Responsibilities]

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Lead recruitment activities across APAC countries as required.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build talent pipelines and strengthen candidate engagement across key markets.
  • Enhance recruitment processes and recommend suitable recruitment tools and best practices.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Support and drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding programs.
  • Assist in promoting the company culture and employee value proposition across various channels.

HR Projects & Regional HR Support

  • Support regional HR projects and initiatives across APAC subsidiaries.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify workforce needs and recommend practical HR solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Participate in organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives as required.

Compensation & Benefits (Development Opportunity)

  • Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Assist in reviewing salary structures and reward programs under the guidance of senior HR leadership.
  • Gain exposure to compensation methodologies, including Mercer frameworks where applicable.

 

[Requirements]

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations.
  • Experience managing regional recruitment across multiple APAC markets is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to HR projects, employer branding, employee engagement, or HR business partnering will be advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits practices is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong learning agility and passion for HR functions.
