Our Client:

We are partnering with a South American based MNC that specializes in Electrical Equipment, Motors, Drives and Gearboxes. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales & Applications Engineer as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

• Manage inbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiry emails
• Prepare customer quotations
• Work closely with relevant factory or local business unit support teams on commercial and technical inquiries
• Provide assistance on pricing inquiries, stock availability, delivery checks, and modifications to standard products to fulfill customer orders
• Understand and communicate logistical timelines effectively
• Support the external sales team in building and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical)
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Must have proficiency in speaking Mandarin
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
