Job Description

Our client is an established Malaysian MNC with export business to worldwide. They specialize in premium gifting and home decor products. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking to hire experienced Corporate Sales Account Executive to join their team.

 

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large companies, to ensure continued business

● Identify opportunities and proactively seek new clients by organizing direct meetings to showcase Company's personalized products/services, tailored to the client’s specific needs

● Guide and advise clients on personalized products, considering their expectations and budget constraints. This includes skills in presentation, negotiation, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

● Build and leverage relationships to increase client value, and expand the network of professionals and corporate decision-makers

● Other projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements

● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.

● Have at least three (3) years of experience in sales, with a successful sales track record with premium products and solutions to corporate clients. Experience in offering bespoke/customized solutions is a big advantage. Candidates with experience in corporate sales in the hospitality industry (hotels) may be considered.

● Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
