Our Client:
We are partnering with a US based MNC company that specialize in producing safety related product. The company is expanding their operation at Malaysia and looking for a talented Inside Sales Specialist to be part of their organization.
Responsibility:

Drive the revenue growth for the defined Limited Value Channel Partners and meet the target.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails via diversifying the lead sources.

Educate customers on new product launches, promotional programs, services, and product information being introduced by the company with the express purpose of generating incremental sales revenue.

Drive higher levels of Customer Satisfaction by capturing voice of the customer, information and maintaining accurate CRM reporting.

Provide high-level sales support to defined accounts. Facilitate with business partners to resolve major concerns and support business requirements.

Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new product features, new products or new services.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)

With 5-6 years proven successful track record as an Inside Sales or Sales role in drive revenue growth online in Public Safety, Electrics, Mechanics Manufacture industries.

Experience in safety protection equipment, chemical industry, oil & gas, and its upstream and downstream industries is preferred.

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)

Utilized an Order Management / Issue Tracking / CRM /Salesforce System
