Job Description

• Drive the revenue growth for the defined Limited Value Channel Partners and meet the target.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails via diversifying the lead sources.
• Educate customers on new product launches, promotional programs, services, and product information being introduced by the company with the express purpose of generating incremental sales revenue.
• Drive higher levels of Customer Satisfaction by capturing voice of the customer, information and maintaining accurate CRM reporting.
• Provide high-level sales support to defined accounts. Facilitate with business partners to resolve major concerns and support business requirements.
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new product features, new products or new services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
• With 5-6 years proven successful track record as an Inside Sales or Sales role in drive revenue growth online in Public Safety, Electrics, Mechanics Manufacture industries.
• Experience in safety protection equipment, chemical industry, oil & gas, and its upstream and downstream industries is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
• Utilized an Order Management / Issue Tracking / CRM /Salesforce System
