A fast-growing fintech solution platform company headquartered in Singapore is looking for its first hire in Korea to lead market expansion and partnership development.

This is a unique opportunity to become a founding member of the Korea business, build strategic partnerships from the ground up, and play a key role in shaping the company's long-term growth strategy in the market.

â– Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop partnerships with banks, securities firms, insurance companies, fintech companies, and other strategic channels in Korea
• Build and manage long-term partner relationships to drive business growth and revenue
• Collaborate closely with regional teams across Singapore and Asia
• Execute go-to-market and channel partnership strategies
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings

â– Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Account Management
• Good understanding of the Korean financial services or fintech ecosystem
• Native or fluent Korean and business-level English
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable building a business from zero and taking ownership
