fastest-growing fast-casual brands with over 550 outlets globally, our sizzling hotplates, bold flavours, and
DIY dining concept have won the hearts of millions.
We are looking for a future CEO to spearhead our Hong Kong operations and lead business growth across
Hong Kong and Tier-1 cities in Mainland China. A hands-on leader who can balance global vision with local
execution, and who will grow with the organization to lead its next phase of expansion in China.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business expansion in Hong Kong and Tier-1 Mainland China cities (e.g. Guangzhou, Shenzhen),
strengthening market presence and driving sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term business strategies aligned with Group objectives.
• Identify and secure new partnerships, franchise opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Oversee P&L management, governance, compliance, and stakeholder relations.
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a strong culture aligned with Group core
values.
• Act as a critical liaison between Hong Kong/China operations and other group companies.
Key Requirements
• Proven leadership experience at organizational level with direct exposure to China market
expansion.
• Strong track record of business growth in international F&B companies.
• Strong ability to make decisions in complex, fast-changing environments.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership style, with resilience and decisiveness in complex environments.
• Fluency English. Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA or equivalent international management experience
advantageous.
