As an Account Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully to clients. You will manage small to medium projects independently and support larger, more complex programs. You will build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner.

Project & Client Management
- Manage projects from brief to execution
- Oversee timelines, scope, and budgets
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams
- Ensure clear communication on deliverables, roles, and progress
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Business Growth
- Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Support and prepare proposals, including scope, timelines, and staffing
- Present ideas and solutions to clients
- Contribute to new business efforts, case studies, and presentations
[Requirements]
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 4+ years of relevant experience (advertising/agency preferred)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
