Our client : Consulting Firm which handles global projects is looking for new Director who has strong experiences in Research and Data Analytics.

**Working location will be Singapore or other Asian countries. (Welcome with the Remote)

You will be leading the development of indices and data-driven tools that measure government performance across countries, shaping how public sector capability is understood globally.

[Responsibilties]

• Lead the design and development of global indices and data tools
• Apply data science and AI to measure government capabilities
• Translate complex data into insightful, decision-ready narratives
• Engage and present to senior stakeholders (government leaders, international organisations)
• Manage research projects, external experts, and cross-border collaborations

[Requirement]

• Has experience in government, public policy, or international organisations(Public Research Institutes)
• Has designed and built indices / scoring frameworks / data products
• Brings strong analytical thinking with strategic framing ability
• Can communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Has experience with tools such as R, Python, Stata, or similar
