Our client is a premium gifts and home decor retailer with outlets located nationwide. As part of the Retail team, they are hiring Retail Executive to be based at the assigned outlets to manage the daily operations.

Work Location: Either The Gardens (KL) or KLIA (Sepang)

Key Responsibilities

● Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales at the assigned outlets.

● Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company's objectives.

● Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills.

Requirements

● Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.

● This position is open to individuals who have 3 years of retail sales experience or have held roles as Assistant Store Managers or above, depending on their prior work experience.

● Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
