Job Description
Our Client:
We are partnering with a UK based MNC that specializes in distribution of electronic, electrical and industrial components. The company is expanding their Australia operations and looking for a Senior Sales Executive as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Interact with decision-makers and purchasers at Key Accounts and Corporate Customers through direct engagement at their operational sites.
- Assume responsibility for managing portfolio sales and margin performance in line with growth targets.
- Develop and oversee an opportunity pipeline that supports sustainable growth in company's value as a supplier to selected accounts.
- Utilize provided tools to document planned and completed customer visits, including objectives and outcomes for each account and opportunity.
- Collaborate with the State Manager, Corporate Account Managers, and internal teams to drive sales initiatives with designated customers.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver compelling customer-focused presentations highlighting the advantages of company's products as a preferred supplier and solutions provider.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the Company, its practices, and its systems
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Sales is required, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Candidates from product distribution or OEM background are perferred
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing ambitious growth targets.
- Must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and a strong results-oriented approach.
- Experience in managing key accounts and a broad understanding of commercial practices.
- Technical proficiency coupled with a mindset focused on providing product and service solutions.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and ERP/CRM systems (experience with SAP preferred).
