Job Description

A global provider of electronic components and technology solutions, serving customers across industrial, automotive, consumer, and high-tech sectors worldwide.

Looking for Japanese Speaking - Business Development & Account Management to support and expand our customer base within the electronics components industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to business growth across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions to understand customer requirements and strengthen partnerships.
  • Support sales planning, forecasting activities, and business development strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address commercial matters and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
  • Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and ongoing business opportunities to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activities, sales pipelines, and account developments.
  • Collaborate with customers to review demand forecasts and support effective supply planning.
  • Coordinate customer and supplier onboarding processes, including account registration and documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Sales Support within the electronics, semiconductor, or industrial sector.
  • Experience in quotations, order management, forecasting, and customer account support.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Japanese language skills will be advantageous for supporting Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders
