Role Overview
Looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support branding, marketing, and product communication across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for creating visually engaging materials for both online and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency and strong consumer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have experience in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG environments, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, packaging, and promotional design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Create digital and print materials including social media visuals, EDMs, brochures, POSM, banners, flyers, and presentations
- Support packaging design, label artwork, and product-related visual assets
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative materials
- Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with printers and suppliers when required
- Support e-commerce and online marketplace design requirements such as product pages and promotional assets
- Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and customer engagement through strong visual communication
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, or healthcare products
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience in packaging design and print production is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color principles
