Our client of MNC Trading firm is looking for new talent who has some experience as Trade Finance.

[Summary]
Collate and check submission of documents to banks on timely basis, assist business units to ensure smooth presentation of documents.
Coordinate banks' queries with business units and work as a team to provide valuable support to business units.
Take on ad hoc projects from time to time as required by management.
[Job Role]
-Handling trade documentation submission, ensuring that import LCs are issued and import bills are paid on time.
-General administration work such as data input, filing, prepare payment for LC advising charges. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purpose
-Handling communication between banks and business units to ensure timely submission, smooth processing of trade documentation.
-Co-ordinate bank queries on compliance with business units. Co-ordinate and resolve discrepancies with business units.
-Analyse current tradeflow process and internal payment system and provide feedback for future enhancement.
[Requirement]
-Knowledge of Trade Finance principles and practices, Letters of Credit, UCP 600 and Incoterms.
-Able to handle Import and Export documentation and proficient in Microsoft Office in order to fulfill work duties.
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both business units and banks.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to multi task and work under pressure.
