Our Client:

• Construction Industry [Sub Con]
• Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.15pm
• Central
  UP $4,000 Basic + VB + Allowances

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager with contracts, tender documents, clarifications, and presentations.
• Prepare budget estimates, costing, and evaluate material and labour market rates.
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and contractors on presentations, billing, and quantities.
• Resolve technical issues during tender and coordinate with internal departments on documentation.
• Attend site visits and hand over complete tender documents and costing to the project team upon award.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in M&E quantity surveying.
