Our client is one of the fastest growing Supply Chain service providers in SEA including warehousing and freight management. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking to hire an experienced Asst Director in Program Management to be based at Prai, Penang.
Job Scope:
- Key liaison with the global key customer in electronic manufacturing and manage internal stakeholders
- Responsible to maintain and enhance the working relationship with the key customer to ensure satisfaction and continued business
- Oversee the planning, organization and management of the entire business process to ensure the supply chain function for the key customer meets timeline and Company's operational goals
- Initiate process improvement plan to enhance the entire supply chain for better effectiveness
- Work closely with the Operations division to optimize cost benefits and improve operational KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree graduate in related field of study
- Min 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain service provider with client-facing and management
- Proficient in Statistical Tools, LEAN Management and P&L Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
