Our Client:

We have recently partnered with an international company that specialise in supply chain solutions or total 3rd party logistics. The company would like to increase their market share in Malaysia and looking for a Senior Business Development Manager as part of their team.

Responsibility:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans focused on tendering for logistics projects.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation, submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of tendered projects.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

• At least Bachelor Degree in any related field 
• 8-10 years of experiences within the logistics industry
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and tendering processes, including contract management and negotiations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
• Experience in managing large-scale logistics projects and complex supply chain solutions is highly desirable.
