Our Client:

We are partnering with a European based MNC that specializes in Electrical Equipments, LV, MV, HV Motors, Drives and Gearboxes. The company is expanding their Thailand operations and looking for a Senior Sales Engineer as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

• Identify and visit potential customers regularly to promote the company and raise awareness of company's products
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to convert them into customers and achieve your annual sales goals
• Organize customer visits, including trips and technical seminars, both independently and with management
• Provide clear and detailed reports on customer visits and profiles
• Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure proposals meet their expectations
• Ensure customer orders have all necessary information, helping clarify any unclear details
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and tenders, providing feedback to management if orders are not secured
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to gather information on projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical)
• Experience dealing with Low voltage, Medium voltage, High voltage Motors, Drives, Gearboxes will be added advantage
• Strong commercial background and sales skill
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
