Job Description

• Manage the execution and delivery of key projects and provide necessary resource support for key projects. Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and push product teams to resolve issues that affect project delivery.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, focus on customers, and focus on the implementation and closure of key pain points that affect customer satisfaction and future value requirements.
• Be customer-centric, identify key gaps in the industry from the perspective of projects, drive continuous product improvement, and continuously improve product competitiveness
• Prepare and update project schedules
• Lead the Project Execution of project in accordance with general specifications, particular specifications, technical specifications and drawings, etc.
• Effective communication between engineering, technical, construction, and project control groups.
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works
• Co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical)
• Experience dealing with new project implementation specifically with transformer or switchgear related project.
• At least 5-8 years experience working in project management.
• Proficiently use office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to travel and adapt to the local & international working environment.
