Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the final testing activities of the project in collaboration with key stakeholders such as team leads, project managers, engineering, and QA, ensuring alignment with project scope and deadlines.

• Implement project activities according to the established plan and adhere to the manufacturing escalation process in case of deviations or issues.

• Conduct final test checklists meticulously with the goal of achieving zero defects.

• Perform final tests based on specific customer requirements with precision and a zero-defect mindset.

• Engage with the setup team in a feedback loop to continuously improve module setup and preparation, striving for zero defects.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to continuously enhance design rules/templates (mechanical, hardware, software, vision) with zero defects in mind.

• Work closely with the project management team to improve customer requirements and samples management, aiming for zero defects.

• Log all issues into the issue-tracking database for continuous improvement purposes (Kaizen), with zero defects as the objective.

• Utilize appropriate tools, jigs, and instructions for tasks, ensuring calibrated measuring tools and control documents are used.

• Proactively enhance skills over time in alignment with the annual training matrix.

• Practice 5S daily in the workspace, maintaining tools and jigs in optimal condition and ensuring orderly material arrangement.

• Adhere strictly to safe work procedures and use necessary personal protective equipment (safety boots, ear plugs, safety glasses, face mask) as per safety guidelines.

• Provide support for field service jobs as needed, occasionally requiring domestic or international travel (limited to fewer than 10 trips per year).

• Align actions with the company's vision, mission, and annual plans, providing full support for overall success.

• Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors as required.

 

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years of related technical experience.

• Associates degree/Diploma or equivalent technical experience.

• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints; use common tools and mechanical fixtures; possess electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills; ability to use diagnostic terminal at advanced level.
