Our Client

• A world leader in professional electronic test tools and software for measuring and condition monitoring.
• The company offers test, measurement, and monitoring products and software used in electronic design, manufacturing, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain methods, manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products.
• Assist in the introduction of new products to manufacturing.
• Contribute to and own key performance indicators in Operations, including 5S/Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
• Oversee the expansion of operations in the new factory, ensuring compliance with all validation and safety standards.
• Make empowered decisions and drive improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, SW, PSP, SMED, VRK, OEE, TPM, etc.) is a plus
• Proven problem-solving aptitude using various tools and techniques
• Leadership experience within a team, project, or job
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results
• Comfortable working with problems of moderate scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Experience with SolidWorks and/or Pro Engineer (ProE) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings is required 
• Willing to work and based in Johor Bahru.
