■Primary Purport of the Position
The incumbent will be accountable for end to end supply Planning for the Cluster for S&OP and S&OE planning horizons for both the Consumer and Commerical PBUs. Collaborate with AP RvsCC team to understand and deploy the RvsCC (Demand Requirements vs Capacity / Capability) for NGY.
In addition, he/she will be accountable and responsible for the following blocks of work of supply planning - Supply network planning , rough cut capacity planning , production planning and obtaining signed off mold plot from manufacturing loactions , securing supply confirmation for all exporting locations , besides being responsible for deploying available and planned inventory across all selling channels of the NGY cluster.
Accountable for Inventory strategy for Cluster for both Commerical and Consumer business after assessing all elements of 8 reasons of inventory and collaborating with the larger operations and business team to obtain their inputs , working with country Supply planning leads.
Accountable for ensuring planning for the right tires using aligned S&OP and S&OE processs , Inventory policies and service level . Responsible to protect the cash and service levels of the Cluster. Accountable for supply planning process health and collaboratuing with COE Supply Planning lead to drive process improvements and adoption of new technology.
