Job Title: Manger of Media Reports To: Director of Media APAC
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Media Manager - to lead and manage the execution of paid media strategies for Goodyear Brands in Japan and South Korea. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Media to implement media plans that align with Goodyear’s marketing and business objectives. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of media campaigns, ensure alignment with global and regional strategies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful results. This role is key in optimizing media performance across channels such as linear broadcast, streaming, digital, audio, and out-of-home (OOH).
Key Responsibilities:
• Media Execution Leadership: Lead the execution of Goodyear Brands' media strategies across Japan and South Korea, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. Manage campaigns across multiple media channels including broadcast, digital, streaming, audio, and OOH, delivering high-impact results.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Media, Global Marketing, Creative, Strategy, and Analytics teams to execute campaigns, ensuring full integration across all media touchpoints and channels.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of all media campaigns across the region, making data-driven adjustments to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.

tactics to meet brand objectives. Assist in media buying and negotiating terms with vendors when needed.
• Brand Visibility: Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all media channels while driving awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization to the Head of Media APAC and other stakeholders. Present key learnings and suggestions for future campaigns.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the media budget for Goodyear Brands ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
• Industry & Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging media technologies to ensure Goodyear Brands remain at the forefront of media innovation in.
Qualifications:
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in media planning, brand marketing, or related fields, with a strong background in executing media campaigns for large-scale brands in the region.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of various media channels, including linear broadcast, streaming, digital, audio, and OOH, and experience in optimizing media strategies to deliver results across these platforms.
• Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience managing teams, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize media campaigns and deliver actionable insights. Familiarity with media buying platforms, tools, and analytics is essential.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Creative, Strategy, and Analytics teams, as well as external agencies and vendors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
