Primary Purpose of the Position
|
- Align business ambition to Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives: Deeply understand the aspirations and ambitions of the business in the NGY market; Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that directly contribute to NGY aspiration. Guide the implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing cost structures, enhancing supply chain visibility and resilence, and fostering agile responsiveness to market demands, ultimately enabling profitable growth for NGY business.
- Lead the Digital Transformation Journey: Spearhead the creation and realization of digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain. Embracing emerging technologies and innovative solutions and drive the integration of digital tools and platforms that streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Drive Physical Flow Upgrade: Lead the idea creation, design, and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at upgrading the physical flow of supply chain. This includes design supply network, improving logistics efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across the entire supply chain ecosystem resulting in reduced lead times, improved inventory management, and a more responsive and agile supply chain.
- Manage the Innovation Pipeline for Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee the management of a robust innovation pipeline comprising projects and processes, introduce industry best practices and encourage the integration to NGY Supply Chain, and provide a project management framework to drive the realization of supply chain goals and the competitiveness of supply chain
