Guide the implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing cost structures, enhancing supply chain visibility and resilence, and fostering agile responsiveness to market demands, ultimately enabling profitable growth for NGY business. |

Lead the Digital Transformation Journey: Spearhead the creation and realization of digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain. Embracing emerging technologies and innovative solutions and drive the integration of digital tools and platforms that streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments |

Drive Physical Flow Upgrade: Lead the idea creation, design, and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at upgrading the physical flow of supply chain. This includes design supply network, improving logistics efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across the entire supply chain ecosystem resulting in reduced lead times, improved inventory management, and a more responsive and agile supply chain.
